4th Sustainable Maritime Fuels Forum

Bringing together shipping companies, fuel suppliers, regulators, and financial institutions, the Sustainable Maritime Fuels Forum 2025, part of the InventU Fuels Evolution Congress, explored the latest innovations, regulatory developments, and market trends in low-carbon maritime fuels. Sessions covered biofuels, e-fuels, hydrogen, renewable methanol, and ethanol, alongside lifecycle emissions analysis, infrastructure challenges, and compliance with international frameworks such as FuelEU Maritime, ETS, and the IMO Net-Zero Framework (MEPC 83). Participants gained insights into scaling production, bridging supply–demand gaps, investment opportunities, and strategies to future-proof operations. The forum also provided networking opportunities to share best practice, discuss policy impacts, and advance the decarbonisation of the maritime sector.
