Terms and Conditions
INVENTU GLOBAL S.R.O.:
Read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) carefully before registering to any of our events.
These Terms and Conditions are related to the services provided by InventU Global s.r.o., Reg.No. 09588558, recorded in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 338594. InventU Global s.r.o. in further text referred as (“We”, “us” “our”) is an organiser of senior-level, industry-specific business events.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Clients can register for our events online through our website inventu.eu or by sending a signed booking form. Once the registration is received, payment is expected in up to 5 working days. For registrations within 5 days before the event, payments must be received before the event date.
CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
1. Cancellation
Cancellations received up to 4 weeks before the event will result with 50% refund from the registration fee. Cancellations received within 4 weeks from the event dates and non-attendance are non-refundable.
2. Substitution
All registrations are transferable to any person within the same organisation that paid for the participation, free of charge up to 1 week before the event dates.
3. Credit Note
Clients unable to attend can inform us up to 2 weeks before the event dates, and we may provide a full Credit Note with a validity of 12 months from the day of the event they registered for. The Credit Note can be used as a registration fee for any event we organise. In case the Client would like to receive the Online Documentation Package from the event, the Credit Note will be minus the value of the Online Documentation Package.
4. Postponement and Force Majeure
Due to various force majeure, we cannot be held responsible for cancellations and replacements of Speakers. For the same reasons, we cannot be held responsible for cancellations, replacements or postponements of events. We cannot be held responsible for any expenditures Clients can have connected to our events. However, we take responsibility to inform all participants on time and to take necessary measures to avoid such situations. In an unfortunate scenario that event is postponed or cancelled, we will provide Credit Note with validity of 12 months.
SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT POLICY:
1. Cancellation by Sponsor – Cancellations must be submitted in writing
a) Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event dates entitle the Sponsor to choose one of the following:
- Refund: Sponsor will receive 50 per cent of the Sponsorship fee, reduced by a fixed 20 per cent marketing fee. The total refund issued will therefore equal 30 per cent of the Sponsorship fee paid.
- Credit Note: Sponsor may receive a Credit Note equal to the Sponsorship fee paid, reduced by a fixed 20 per cent marketing fee. The Credit Note is valid for 12 months from the event dates and can be used for any future event organised by the Organiser.
b) Cancellations made within 60 days before the event dates, and any non-attendance, are non-refundable. No Credit Notes will be issued.
2. Marketing Fee
Promotional and advertising activities commence immediately upon confirmation of Sponsorship. Due to this, a fixed marketing fee of 20 per cent of the Sponsorship amount will always be deducted from any refund or Credit Note issued for cancellations made more than 60 days before the event dates. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Substitution
Sponsor may substitute attending representatives from the same company up to 2 weeks before the event dates. The Sponsorship package cannot be transferred to another company under any circumstances.
4. Postponement or Cancellation by Organiser
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for cancellations or replacements of Speakers or changes in the event agenda.
If the event is postponed or relocated due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, all Sponsorship Benefits will automatically transfer to the revised dates or location.
If the event is permanently cancelled and not postponed to alternative dates and not merged with another event, Sponsor will receive a full refund of the Sponsorship fee paid.
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by Sponsor in relation to the event.
5. Force Majeure
The Organiser is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Organiser will inform Sponsor in a timely manner and take necessary measures to minimise impact.
COPYRIGHT:
We hold the complete authority of our data and content and everything we publish on our site. We can file a legal suit in case of data copyright issues. All intellectual property rights of all the materials produced or distributed by us in connection with the event are expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited.
DATA PROTECTION:
By registering for our events, speakers, delegates, and sponsors agree to share their details (Full Name, Job Title, Company, Business Email) with us to coordinate their participation, payment, and attendance at the event. For networking purposes, these details will be shared with the other speakers, delegates, and sponsors. After the event, these details will be used by us for further promotion of future events. If they wish their details to be removed from our storage after the event they can contact us at [email protected] and request full removal.
ADMINISTERING LAW:
This Agreement will be represented and interpreted as per the law of the Czech Republic under the Jurisdiction of the Czech Courts in Prague. For any legal dispute, we will use the courts in the Czech Republic where the company is registered.
